Five Stars all the way!
We had our lower level finished by Classic Basements and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. What started as a 1,300 square foot project turned into an 1,800 square foot finished lower level which we love. The pricing was very reasonable and Randy was so easy to work with. When we realized that we decided let's go for it and we ended up adding an office and a workout room, this was the added 500 sq ft. We are so glad we did it! We absolutely love our new space and we use it everyday.

Randy Keling was professional, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the process. He kept everything on track and made sure each phase was handled with care and attention to detail. One of the biggest highlights was his team of subcontractors — every one of them was skilled, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work.

We couldn’t be happier and wish we had done it years sooner. We highly recommend Randy Keling of Classic Basements and his team to anyone considering a basement finishing project.
